The Food Lovers Diet
As I’ve mentioned in my Food Lovers Diet review, this system doesn’t offer much on workouts and exercising. If you’ve read my post on try food lovers diet then you already know that you only get 1 workout DVD as a bonus… It’s not a lot but that’s because the Food Lovers fat loss system was created for people who wanted to lose weight without having to go to the gym or workout for hours.
How My Newsletter Will Help You With The Food Lovers Diet
Since the Food Lovers diet program is meant to make you lose weight without putting any emphasis on exercising, it’s only natural that the speed at which you lose weight would increase if you suddenly decided to workout as well.
So here’s where my newsletter comes in. I’ll be personally sharing with you on a weekly basis the same workouts that I do. If you’re worried about how the workouts may be too hard or too long, don’t! Because these workouts were made for people like me who absolutely hate exercising and can’t stand training for one whole hour. (had to pay a personal trainer for this)
My goal is to help you lose weight permanently in the safest and most natural way possible. Call me a philanthropist but I believe that every woman out there should be able to experience what it feels like to truly break free from the shackles of unwanted fat.
How I came Up With These Workouts
First thing I’d like to point out is that throughout my years of dieting, I did try multiple products like P90x and the Insanity workout (that was when I was really desperate). Although I failed to complete any of the two programs, I did get to learn a lot about how the body works from these products.
The conclusion I’ve reached is that HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is the best way to go about it. The higher the intensity, the shorter the workout. I’m not about to go into details as to why and how HIIT works because it would simply take too much time and you have Google for that
.
All I ask is that you trust me on this one

Secondly, bodyweight exercises are much better for HIIT than weight training. And this is based on my experience with both P90x and the Insanity workout. Another reason why I prefer bodyweight exercises over weights is because at the time, I was already “heavy”
to begin with therefore I didn’t really have a need for extra weights to train.
