When I first learned about the Food Lovers diet plan, I had my doubts about its claims. I’ve been trying out different diets for years but this was my first time encountering a diet that claimed that you could eat what you want and still to lose weight. It seriously sounded too good to be true so I was really surprised at my results when I gave the Food Lovers diet plan a try.
The Food Lovers Diet Plan – A Battle With Blood Sugar Levels
To the me, who’s never studied in nutrition or any health related programs, the Food Lovers diet plan was a totally new concept. Even today, I still find it hard to explain how it works. Since I’m not familiar with biology or chemistry, you’ll have to bare with me as I try to explain the secrets behind the Food Lovers diet plan with my limited knowledge.
So How Does It Work?
Basically, the Food Lovers diet program emphasizes the idea that you can eat the foods that you love as long as you do it in a way that keeps your body in fat burning mode. It’s not what you eat that matters most but how you eat it.
The Food Lovers diet plan is essentially a combination of slow carbs, fast carbs and proteins. When you try Food Lovers diet, you will learn how to use this specific combination for each meal in order to help regulate your blood sugar levels.
So why is regulating your blood sugar levels important?
From what I understand, your blood sugar levels fluctuate every time you eat something and it’s your body’s job to make sure that you have the right amount of sugar in your blood at all times. When the level of sugar in your blood is too high, then your body will release hormones (insulin) to tell your body to store fat.
The same thing happens when your blood sugar level is too low, your body thinks that your starving so it goes into fat-storing mode. In other words, if you want to keep your body in fat-burning mode, your blood sugar levels should always be balanced, not too high or too low.

Why is The Food Lovers Diet Program Considered Healthy
Unlike other diets, the Food Lovers fat loss system will never require you to give up your favorite foods or lower your daily calorie consumption below 1,000, which according to experts are both unhealthy and unsustainable in the long run. In addition, while some popular diets rely on the properties of one specific kind of nutrient, the Food Lovers diet plan makes sure to incorporate variety in order to promote health and weight loss at the same time.
