<p>Of course, creating a constant caloric deficit is not an easy task. <p>Seems to me that a lot of people are having trouble with the refund policy. Especially if they ordered via a televised infomercial (you should order online instead).  I&#8217;ve never had to deal with any of this because I&#8217;ve had so much success with this diet. <p>First thing I&#8217;d like to point out is that throughout my years of dieting, I did try multiple products like P90x and the Insanity workout (that was when I was really desperate). Although I failed to complete any of the two programs, I did get to learn a lot about how the body works from these products.</p>
<p>The conclusion I&#8217;ve reached is that HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is the best way to go about it. The higher the intensity, the shorter the workout. I&#8217;m not about to go into details as to why and how HIIT works because it would simply take too much time and you have Google for that <img src='http://tryfoodloversdiet.org/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_razz.gif' alt=':P' class='wp-smiley' /> .</p>

Another reason why I prefer bodyweight exercises over weights is because at the time, I was already &#8220;heavy&#8221; <img src='http://tryfoodloversdiet.org/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_sad.gif' alt=':(' class='wp-smiley' />  to begin with therefore I didn&#8217;t really have a need for extra weights to train.</p>

So throughout my whole diet, I don&#8217;t remember one instance of having to deal with food cravings or hunger. <p>In my opinion, the best part of the Food Lovers diet is the fact that I barely had to exercise. I&#8217;ve heard stories about people who managed to lose weight by following the Food Lovers diet plan alone. However, if you want to get faster results then I suggest that you workout.</p>
<h3>The Problem With The Food Lovers Fat Loss Program</h3>
<p>The biggest issued I&#8217;ve had with the Food Lovers Fat Loss System was that I had to come up with my own workouts. The only workout you get when you <strong><a href="http://tryfoodloversdiet.org/try-food-lovers-diet-review/" title="Read This Before You Try Food Lovers Diet Plan!"  >try Food Lovers diet</a></strong> is on a DVD and like me, you&#8217;ll probably get bored by it at the end of the first month.</p>
<p>When that happens, I recommend that  you come up with your own workout programs. Don&#8217;t let boredom become a reason for not exercising! Especially if you&#8217;re trying to lose weight fast.  In my case, I combined the diet with my own workouts and look where it got me. 26 lbs lighter! <img src='http://tryfoodloversdiet.org/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_razz.gif' alt=':P' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<h3>My Food Lovers Diet &#8211; Overall Review</h3>
<p>Overall, I really enjoyed this diet and for the very first time since I&#8217;ve started trying to lose weight, I can honestly say that every dollar invested in the Food Lovers diet was worth it. Each component of the diet was useful in some way.</p>
<p>And if I had to rate this diet on a scale from 1 to 10, 10 being the highest you can get, I&#8217;d probably give it a 9 on 10. The one point deduction is because the Food Lovers diet doesn&#8217;t give you a lot of training programs.</p>
<p>In the end, the Food Lovers diet program not only changed me physically, but it also changed my eating habits for the better. I now make healthier choices and know what to eat to keep a high metabolism almost instinctively thanks to the Food Lovers diet.</p>
