If you’re on this page, then it’s probably because you wanted to know a little bit more about me right?
The first thing, you’ll notice is that I like to decorate my articles with smiley faces
whenever I can to express myself. Hope it doesn’t bother you too much!
My Early Childhood
I grew up in your average American family. Both my parents were honest and hardworking citizens. I spent most of my childhood watching over my younger siblings because both my parents worked full-time jobs.
What I Ate as a Kid
Meals at home were mostly pre-packaged or take out because my parents didn’t really have the time to cook. We even had family dinner’s at McD’s every Monday and Thursday of the week.
I remember how happy and excited me and my siblings would be on those nights just thinking about the toys we would get and how much fun we would have playing at the indoor playground.
At the time, I didn’t really pay much attention to my weight because I wasn’t growing in width but in height. I think that watching over my brother and sister who were very athletic also had something to do with that. However, I’m more of a bookworm than anything else. Even today, I’m still not particularly fond of exercising or sweating but I still try to do the bare minimum.
During My Teenage Years
I ate whatever and whenever I wanted regardless if it was healthy or not as long as it tasted good and filled my appetite. As you can imagine, the type of foods I ended up eating most of the time was “junk”. There wasn’t really anyone to teach me about eating healthy.
But even then, I didn’t gain much weight probably because I walked around a lot. I went window shopping with my friends almost everyday after school. It wasn’t until near the end of my growing years that I began seeing how chubby I had become.
College Years and Work
By the time I graduated from College and started working, my weight had reached 200 lbs! And just so you can imagine how round I was, my height is just around 5’6″. As you can guess, I didn’t really have much of a self-esteem nor did I really like myself. I kept falling into depression and that interfered with every aspects of my life. I just wasn’t happy
. Even my doctor told me that my cholesterol was through the roof and that my fat levels were unhealthy.
I desperately tried dozens of different diets and weight loss products. None really worked, and after years of research and failed attempts, I came across the Food Lovers diet. You can check out my Food Lovers diet review here.
My Recommendation
Just like how a stranger recommended that I try Food Lovers diet (my brother’s friend in my case), I also want to recommend it if you’ve already gone through dozens of fat loss products without seeing any results. I’m probably very biased towards the Food Lovers Fat Loss System because it worked for me and my co-worker, but can you blame me? I’m just so happy with my weight loss that I think everyone should give it a try. Spread the word!
